The combination of originality and proven best practices result in productivity,  profitability flourishing organizations.

Because I come from the corporate world, and have had many opportunities to serve them in a training capacity, I know there are age old questions that must be asked to develop an effective training strategy that allows a business to thrive in today’s economy. Face it, the playing field has levelled and ‘no names’ are taking the industry by storm because of innovation, agility and a willingness to really hear what their customers want… and what their team wants. Use these questions below as a guidepost to gain clarity.

Corporate Chakra Clearing

Using a similar method of understanding of the human energy centers, if we seek to energize and vitalize the individuals in our workplace, the organization must also balance its energy centers and ensure alignment to invite growth and further success.

In our 7 stage approach to alignment, some of the guiding questions are:

1. Who or what is your business – really?

2. Who or what are you leading your company, division or department to be?

3. What is the real message being communicated internally and externally, not just with words, but through your products and services and the way you deliver them? (throat chakra

4. How do you treat one another? Your clients? Your environment?

5. Is everyone engaged? What is your organizational culture? Is it clear and focused enough to impart creative power?

6. Where do you need to put more enterprise back into your enterprise – to be more innovative and nimble?

7. Do you have the strength to weather storms and the agility to adapt to changing environments? What will future generations say about your company?
